Everything is printed when you order it. Most orders are made in 2–5 business days, then take about 3–7 business days to arrive.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Cost

$4.99 flat per order, and free on orders over $35. You’ll see the exact amount in your cart before you pay. Journals always ship free and don’t add to your order’s shipping.

More than one package

Some items are made at different print centers. Mugs and journals, for example, ship on their own. If your order comes in more than one package, your order page shows each one with its own tracking link and estimated arrival.

Tracking

Once your order ships, the tracking link and estimated arrival show up on your order page. Logged-in customers can find it under Your orders; if you checked out as a guest, use the order page link you got after paying.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email [email protected] right away. We can fix it if your order hasn’t gone to print yet.

If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we’ll email you. Reply within 14 days with the correct address and pay the reshipping cost, and we’ll send it again. Packages that aren’t claimed in time can’t be reshipped or refunded. If the address was right and the carrier sent it back by mistake, we’ll reship it for free.
